We have waitlist options and would love to help you secure your home in advance

We offer in-person, virtual and self-guided tours based on your preference

Appointments are preferred so we can ensure that we have a Leasing Specialist available but we do accept walk-ins during normal office hours

We do have a resident referral program- make sure to mention it at time of your tour for our current special

275 On The Park is perfectly nestled in the heart of the Central West End, with quick access to Forest Park, WashU, BJC Hospital, dining and much more!

We take the utmost care to ensure that your apartment is ready in advance of your move in by completing necessary maintenance, painting and cleaning. We even allow you to choose an accent wall *ask the team today for more details*

275 On The Park offers garage parking, street parking, open parking and has an additional parking lot across the street! One of the few places in the Central West End where parking is guaranteed if you reserve a space!

We offer multiple floorplans but some do include washers/dryers in the apartment home and other buildings provide laundry rooms

Light shopping can easily be found within 5 minutes in the Central West End or Delmar Loop. If you are looking for major shopping, we are right next to I-64 and a 15 minute drive can get you to Brentwood, the Galleria and Downtown

Of Course! We would love to see it once you have everything set up! Just remember to repair any damage prior to move out to avoid charges!

Our resident portal can be found online at 275onthepark.com- allowing convinent access to submit work orders any time, day or night

In addition to monthly rent we charge a community maintenance fee, valet trash and utilities. Only other recurring montly fees would be if you have a pet or choose a reserved parking space.

Utilties are not included but majority of our property has them set up to bill direct from us monthly to your account. The Annex building does require electric to be in your name.

Maintenance requests can be created online and will come directly to the office and maintenance team. We will arrange for maintenance to enter your home to correct the issue as soon as possible and will send a follow up once the work order is closed to ensure you are satisfied. We also offer after hours maintenance in the case of emergencies.

Rent can be paid online at 275OnThePark.com. We also have the option to set up auto-pay so you don't have to remember to pay each month!

275 On The Park has some grassy area but does not currently have a dog park. We do have mutliple pet stations around the community and are a quick walk to Forest Park

Our apartments rent quickly but we have multiple floorplans to assist us in finding the perfect apartment for your needs!

YES! 275 On The Park is extremely pet-friendly with NO breed or weight restrictions! We adore your pets as much as you do so bring them with you to tour and grab a treat!

We are currently undergoing construction to improve our amentity spaces so it is a great time to get in and capture a future view at an incredible rate

Our application process requires that you meet our credit, criminal and 3 times income requirements. Please reach out to the on-site team if you have credit or criminal concerns you would like to discuss in advance of applying as we have options with Liberty Rent to assist in approval.

Our rental rates change daily (similar to purchasing an airline ticket) but with multiple floorplans and lease term lengths, we can work with you within your budget
